i don't believe in god, in fairy tales, or in love at first sight. in the death penalty, in the American movie-rating system (it's thought control!), in mayonnaise, ranch dressing, or sour cream. actually i hate all creamy white substances in general. ( that's what she said! ;] )

i believe in love, in laughing at stupid things, at making immature perverted jokes (as already demonstrated), and i believe in exclaiming "three purple testicles!" to random seventh graders as they walk by in the hallway. i like to daydream and listen to Owl City while i procrastinate on doing stupid homework assignments... which may or may not ultimately get done.

i don't like math, but i loathe AP American History more than Algebra itself.

i like strong, intense, usually angsty poetry and dark, emotional novels. i wrote a novel once, but it was crap. i prefer fantasy to reality, but i can't stand fantasy as a genre. i wallow deeply in daydreams and in sorrow, and i've never been able to completely extricate myself from either.

and yes, i frequently find myself wishing i were someone else.
but i am coming to the slow, painful realisation that i am stuck being me - mostly because it's the only person i could ever manage to genuinely be.
