I knew.

I knew about the Camps.

I knew about the Gas Chambers and Executions.

I knew about the conditions that they were forced to worksleepeatlive in were like.

I knew.

Them and their mustard-colored uniforms,

Marching down the street in time.

One-two

One-two

I knew.

I knew about the beatings.

I knew about the millions of deaths.

I knew about the slow brainwashing of my countries youth.

I knew.

Stories of the child who turned in their parent,

In return for praise from their trainer;

Author's Note:

About the Holocaust, if you haven't guessed.

In the POV of someone who wanted to help but couldn't.
