Welcome to my world.

I’m afraid of talking to people and I want to be alone. Yet I’m surrounded by people and animals. I don’t mind the cat though. I love him. He’s like a son to me. No, he is my son. If my world were perfect it would just be me and my cats.

Perfect.

Unfortunately I come from a huge family. It’s about to get bigger soon. My dad’s getting married. My family increases in size everyday, it seems. I’m always worrying about babies. My mum and my little sister love babies.

“Look, isn’t it adorable,” they say.

They’re pointing at a pair of booties. I point that out and they give me the Look. Stupid babies, stupid booties.

I hope I never fall in love. Love means sex and sex means babies.

It’s a shame. I think I’m already in love. At least he doesn’t know I exist.
