Mother Please

(MORGANA)

I don't know how I know

But I know that my father is dead

Slain by one of Uther's men

Now his body lacks a head

Mother doesn't believe

Any of the things I've said

So I weep and gnash alone

In my dark and dreary bed

And now a strange man

Enters this place

Mother runs

Into his embrace

He's not her husband

Who is this thing?

I have the sight!

It's Uther the King

Mother Please

Don't let him toss you around

Meet you lips

Rip off your gown

Can't you see?

Why can I see?

The king of the lands

Has a toy in his hands

Mother Please

To the wolf don't yield

Your body when your lover's

Rotting on the battlefield

Can't you sense

Something is wrong

Mother Please

Listen to my song

Before the wolf's eyes

You're naked now

Can't you feel his fangs?

And hear his grow?

Mother Please

Listen to the things I've said

Don't let him fondle you so

Don't let him share your bed

Can't you see

That you're his toy?

And are feeding him

His carnal joy?

He thrusts mercilessly

Into your bleeding skin

Like a sword into a foe

Don't you feel the sin?

You cannot move

You cannot escape

The shake and the quake

Of your stinging rape

You must endure

What the king choses to do

To the ripped up silk

That he's made of you

Look into his fiery eyes

Look into his eyes and despise

The man who doesn't need a fight

To win a victory tonight

You cannot scream

His mouth is pressed upon yours

Your as tarnished

As one of the common whores

Between your legs

Feel the great pain

As hopes of a reprieve

Are all in vain

I sense a nightmare of a different kind

The king will leave leave something behind

This night you shall forever rue

For his seed in planted in you

This Hell-ridden night

I lay a Hell-ridden curse

The babe will soon

Report to the hearse

And if as king

The child will rise

I'll use all my despise

To his demise

His kingdom may raise

Great and tall

But I swear one day

I'll make it fall

The payment

He shall make

For my father's death

And my mother's rape

I shall bite the heel

Who stepped on my foot

I'm a dame and your bane

And Morgana's my name
