Chapter 6: Home

Abel ended up getting his cigarette on the condition that once his womb was fully formed he would quit and for the moment the three of them were somewhat content.

"I'm assuming you're following me home," voiced Abel, leaning against his car and taking a drag off his cigarette. Ignacio inclined his head in agreement and said, "we were hoping to."

"And what if I said no?" inquired Abel, taking another long drag.

"We'd follow you anyway," admitted Prince Massimo, his silver eyes roving over Abel's muscled body.

"You know. I thought this whole soul thing as you explained it meant that we'd get along," voiced Abel, flicking the remains of his cigarette to the ground and stomping it out.

"We will. I already like you. You're not some silent, fragile human who could barely carry my child," stated Prince Massimo, pressing his body against Abel's, "you are surprisingly fertile and strong. I cannot wait to see your belly swell with my child." Abel scoffed then frowned, "am I only a baby factory to you? Is that why ylikrt go out searching for their souls?" Prince Massimo shrugged, moving off of Abel to stand beside him, and said, "I'm a prince. It's my duty to have children. I'm hoping that we will be able to get along like we should, but if you wish only to have interaction with me when I'm attempting to get you with child then I suppose that is an option." Abel wrinkled his nose in distaste and looked at Ignacio. "What about you?"

"You are my heart. While it's possible for you to give me a child after you have given Massimo one it isn't something I'm really focusing on. I hope that you will be Massimo's and my closet companion," answered Ignacio with a smile. Abel raised an eyebrow and questioned, "do you ever argue, get in a fight, or anything? You're like a walking compromise wrapped in a ylikrt's body."

"I have my moments just like everyone else, but I don't think there's much use to fighting and arguing. It usually leads you nowhere. It was through me being as you put it a walking compromise that allowed me to meet Massimo," answered Ignacio, taking Abel's comment in stride.

"Lovely, but it's fuckin' cold out here so I'm heading home. I guess I'll see you there," stated Abel, getting off the side of his car and quickly getting inside. Abel waited patiently for the ylikrts to get into their average looking car and once he saw they were ready pulled out of the school parking lot. He could've just left the ylikrt to find their own way to his house, but he was getting tired and he didn't want to get anyone, himself included, more pissed off than they had been. He had to pick up Angel from school in a couple hours and he didn't want her to meet the ylikrts when everyone was still angry at one another.

The drive home was silent, Abel didn't even bother to turn on the radio and just let his brain rest as he stared at the road in front of him. Unforunately for him the drive home from school didn't take as long as he would've liked and before he knew it he was in his driveway. Abel took a deep fortifying breath and got out of his car.

"Come on," urged Abel, waving for Prince Massimo and Ignacio to follow him inside before he headed to the house and unlocked the door.

The house was nice and warm, a nice change from the cold outside and in Abel's car. Abel felt himself relax in the familiar setting and headed to the living room, plopping down on the overstuffed beige couch.

"You have a surprisingly large house for living in such a small town," observed Prince Massimo, looking pleased as he took in his surroundings. Abel rolled his eyes and said, "didn't you hear Principal Walworth? I'm the son of the all powerful Lansing family. I could take a bath in hundred dollar bills if I wanted to."

"Sarcasm is unbecoming," stated Ignacio, but his golden eyes were full of laughter, "that may explain why your parents didn't come today. Their company is in New York, isn't it? It; however, doesn't explain why they didn't pick up a call from their son's high school."

"Yep. Miles away from their kids. And honestly, I have no idea why they didn't pick up their phones. They like to forget about Angel and I for months at a time while they're running their business. They don't even call and then they show up on a 'surprise' visit and suddenly the want to play the world's greatest parents. It's annoying as fuck," grumbled Abel, running his fingers through his blonde hair in aggitation.

"So, that's what you meant when you said you need to take care of Angel. There really is no one else to care for her," murmured Ignacio, sitting next to Abel on the couch. Abel shook his head and said, "nope."

"Who raise you then?" asked Prince Massimo, his arms crossed in front of his chest, but his silver eyes were full of a sympathic curiousity.

"A nanny," replied Abel with a sigh before sprawling out over the couch, resting his legs on Ignacio's lap.

"You're tired," observed Prince Massimo and Abel watched all the tension in Prince Massimo's body drain away to be replaced by something that look alarmingly close to affection.

"Wouldn't you be if you had your world suddenly flipped upside down?" inquired Abel, trying to figure out what had brought on Prince's Massimo's change in mood.

"I suppose," agreed Prince Massimo, lifting Abel up so he could sit down and positioning Abel's head so it was resting on his lap.

"Why don't you take a nap," suggested Ignacio, massaging Abel's feet and ankles.

"Can't," murmured Abel, already feeling sleep tugging at him. He wouldn't have to deal with all this in his sleep, "I have to pick Angel up in a couple hours."

"Then we'll wake you up," assured Ignacio, his soft golden eyes looking adoringly at Abel. Abel mumbled something inchorent and difted off to sleep.

"We are very lucky to have such a special heart and soul," observed Ignacio, continuing to massage his way up Abel's legs.

"Yes. We are. If only he'd be more accepting of his role," voiced Prince Massimo, playing idly with a strand of Abel's blonde hair.

"We both know you wouldn't be happy if he did," murmured Ignacio, looking over to his heart, "he will rule with us one day and that is not a job for someone who easily bows down to others. He's strong, healthy, and has the ability to speak his mind. He'll let us know how we are doing as his partners and he's passionate.I like that about him. Hmm, imagine all the dirty things we could do in our marriage bed. Our families will be so proud when they see such a strong male carrying our children. I think he will find a place amongst us when he's ready and when he does we will be an almost instoppable force."

"I like the way you think," purred Prince Massimo, gently kissing his heart, " I just don't know how to connect with him." Ignacio ran his fingers through Massimo's black locks and smiled. "Let me talk to him. You were both raised in completely different families that taught you completely different things. He wasn't even raised by his own mother. Could you imagine growing up without your paima?" Prince Massimo shook his head and looked down at his sleeping sould. "Maybe I should be a little more understanding."

"I think that'd be for the best," agreed Ignacio, slowly kissing Prince Massimo.

"What are we going to do about his little sister? He seems to have taken on the role of her paima?" questioned Prince Massimo, leaning against the back the the beige couch.

"If he cares for her than we shall care for her too. She will be a part of our new family just like Abel," replied Ignacio, resting his head on Prince Massimo's shoulder, "it's exciting know that in maybe less than a years time we will have a child. I wonder who he'll take after. Will his or her skin be a deep red like yours or will it be a lighter pink that almost matches the color of human skin?" Prince Massimo smiled warmly, proud that very soon he could be a nerwque. "I care not. To hold a child of my own blood would be enough. I shall leave you to the explaination of how his body is changing."

Ignacio laughed and winked at his heart. "Does the subject make you uncomfortable? Do not worry my heart for I was planning to tell him. I fear he won't take what I tell him seriously. If not he could go into flame in a crowded room. It'd be a disaster." Prince Massimo gave a deep chuckled and got a wistful look in his eyes. "How I would enjoy having him rut against me."

"And what if it is not you he was rutting against?" questioned Ignacio, raising a slender silver eyebrow.

"Then it'd better be you or a soul that doesn't know better or heads shall roll," growled Prince Massimo, not even liking the thought of his soul with anyone other than Ignacio and himself.

"I will be sure to tell him that," teased Ignacio, chuckling.

"Are you plotting to turn my own soul against me, dear heart? No, just tell him what he needs to know and he will learn from there," voiced Prince Massimo.
