Seasons

Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day?
No, how about the year, the perfect year,
Spring, so sweet. Birds singing, blossoms blooming
So in love, you and I
Summer, so intense. Hot sun, warm nights
So in lust, you and I
Autumn, so chilled. crackling leaves, shedding trees
Almost... falling, falling, falling out of...
Winter, so cold. Biting wind, blanketing snow
...love
It was the perfect year... almost.

A/N: thought I'd dip my toes into a poem. I wrote this last year for a school assignment.
