New World

Stringing the pearls of wisdom

A little tune I hum

Lost in the past

The memories of six years last

Words disappear and tears come

Thinking better than keeping mum

Trying to peel emotions

Impressed on the walls

A tune of a flute comes on the air

Reminding me of those days fair

Recalled and unrecalled memories

And the calming tone of the lute

I do not shed a tear

Others jeer

Fools they are know not

This attachment is for ever

A smile comes to my lips

A new way to make a mark

A new challenge for me

My Challenges
