i need a shower and to get out of bed
i need a few moments to clear out my head
i know i remember the things they all said
but at this second, i really don't care.

let's just sleep and dream away
i want to forget that it's a monday
i don't know what right words to say
just pull that pillow a little closer.

we can wake up tomorrow and do everything
but for today, all i want to do is dream.
