i want to let myself become immersed
in a raincloud and just
dance.
i want to let my dress of white
oh purity, you keep me sane --
soak through and
expose myself to the
world.
but are they listening?
i want to scream out my sanity
for it's but a short cry away --
echo itself through
and hollow out their
ears.
beauty, beauty.
must you continue to dance on tiptoe
on the likes of my fingertips?
letthecloudbegone
and i will sink back down to open fields
of blue skies emblazoned with
rainbow hued hot-air balloons
and ginger girls blowing on
pinwheels.
