I'm begging you to
Avert
your
stare.
Inside of myself
Trapped
It's rushing right through my veins
And I hope that you won't see me like this…
but I know you do
I know you do.
Shame scratched
up and down the walls,
But somehow it cannot seem to stop
This
vice, suffocating
Don't look at me like this…
but I know you are.
I know you are.
This space is getting smaller
Revulsion and hurt
etched into flesh
And yet this is what I lust after
Crumbling to powder
in my hands,
Right in front of me
Don't let me die like this…
but I know you will
I know you will
