It is out of fear that I do not say
To her, the words, I need to speak
Even though I know, neither her or I
Are guaranteed to wake to the morning light tomorrow
I know that today, this hour, or even this very moment
May be the last chance to tell her what she means to me
It is out of fear that I can't open my heart
for her, to tell her how I feel about her
Why is it always out of fear, that I can't say to her
"I love you"
