Hidden Depths

I am a writer.

I am strongest with a pen in my hands.

Words move, electric, through my bloodstream.

I drag ink across paper and I

Destroy empires.

I am not much to look at,

But I am secretly powerful.

I am in a constant cycle of breaking

And healing and breaking again.

I am unassuming,

But I am amazing.
