Archery

To Love's Quixote
Cupid should not lend his bow
Misfires—make hearts bleed.

What's necessary
is keen eyes and steady hands
that gift the arrow

with reality's bright fire ~
therein is true and lasting warmth.

"Neither fraud, nor deceit, nor malice had yet interfered with truth and plain dealing"
~Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes Saaverdra
