His life changing decision

This is it. I'm gonna do it.

New Zealand, here I come. I'm leaving before I go over the edge.

(Selects a photo he took of her during their first Idyllwild trip together.)

Because when I see her, it stings like hell to not hold her. Now, it's not so bad, but once she gets into Cal Poly...

(Goes to the next picture, one of her from behind, overlooking the cliff in the sunset. God, she looks like an angel against the setting sun.)

It's one thing to see her every once in a while, to talk to her on the phone. I have periods in between where I'm not thinking about her as much. Once she transfers, I'll see her almost every day again. I thought that's what I wanted, but now, I'm not so sure.

This has taken a turn for the worst. I know that we could've had something, but it''ll never happen. Not now.

I've gotta go. It's about time I gave my heart a break. I'll tell her when the time comes to say goodbye.
