The Caged Dragon of Freedom
Based on an idea from a book
She was hatched from my mind
Upon her only I was able to look
Yet now her I can't seem to find
She used to follow me where I would go
She would fly around on bat wings
Her purple scales that made her flow
In the world of made-up things
I remember the symbol on her tummy
The red, white, blue flag- she was no sloth
She was a friend, though it may seem funny
But she was my special Freedoth.
