A/N- Written for my European Literature class. Because the assignment was for us to find a poem online or to write one yourself. Since I forgot to find one online, I decided to write my own. I think it came out alright.
As my friend commented to me, "Beware the quiet ones. Like you."
The Voiceless
by Reikou
We do not talk.
We make no sound.
No words shall pass
From these tired lips.
We are quiet.
We are invisible.
In the background
Is where we lie.
We observe all.
We hear all.
You do not see us,
But we are there.
Because we are eternally known
As the Voiceless;
The Silent Ghosts
Of this World.
