Finding Strength
I can't tolerate
this pain I hold anymore;
I wish I could
erase it from my being.
I serve those
who hate me;
Love those
who hurt me.
I'm so afraid
of the people around me;
So afraid
to be me.
I can't let them know
the pain I suppress;
Can't let you see
how much you hurt me.
I have to draw
my strength from within;
The inspiration
to keep me going.
