In the loving memory of my mother
Mommy
"I love you, Mommy" I whisper
"And I love you"would my Mommy say
Standing alone in this empty room
Looking at your photo and wondering,
why?
Why it had to happen?
Why you?
Why me?
Why us?
Was I that bad?
Mommy- the first word I learnt...
Mommy- the first person I call when I'm hurt...
Mommy- the one who kisses me goodnight...
Mommy- the one who tells me everything will be alright...
You were the one who filled my world...
"Love - you taught me the meaning of this word
But now you're goneand my world is empty
"Come back to me, Mommy" I silently pray
"Oh, I wish I could" would my Mommy say
