It was finally Saturday morning.

"You're staying here at the house today, Scott. We don't want you catching your brother's virus," Mrs. Tompson said.

"I need to be there with Alan, Mom. He needs me," Scott said.

"No. You'll catch his virus by being with him," Mrs. Tompson said.

Mr. Tompson said he would stay with Scott. Scott really wanted to go home and keep Alan company. He wanted to pray with Alan that day.

"Mom, it's important I goo home today. Alan and I are working on something," Scott said.

"Cancel it, Scott."

"Your mother means Alan is in no condition to do anything right away. Let us try to get him back on his feet," Mr. Tompson told Scott.

"Okay."

Mrs. Tompson was already at the boys' apartment.

"How are you, Alan?" Mrs. Tompson asked.

"Better. Scott home?" Alan asked.

"No. He's with us until you are feeling better," Mrs. Tompson said.

"I don't want to stay in bed for two weeks. I've been in bed for six days," Alan said.
