Chapter 3

Moonlight shining down on two girls in a castle floating in mid air surrounded by darkness, plotting their next move against Daniel and Hannah, and now they can watch them more closely and carefully through the eyes of the innocent. The white haired girl with furious light emerald green eyes said, "We have to find a way to kill Daniel without Hannah around. We need to hurry before they find out about it."

"You make a good point, but unfortunately Robert was stopped by that she-wolf, Tori," replied the light purple eyed girl with dirty blonde hair.

"Vanessa, we need to create a new, stronger demon. Do you have a demon that can use people's fears against them? "

"Yes, I do have a demon that can do that. It just might take a while to find him and convince him to help us," replied Vanessa with a devious smile.

"There is no time to waste. We have to act now, if we want to kill Daniel soon," Hunter said staring at Vanessa.

Vanessa grabs her long, jet black cloak throwing it on over her long purple dress calling to Quinn. A huge, dark black horse came running to Vanessa with a flaming mane staring at her with his bright red eyes that look like they are on fire. Vanessa mounted on Quinn and looked at hunter and said, "I shall be back in three days at the meeting point."

Hunter nodded in agreement watching Quinn stretching his black torn wings catching some hair flying off into the darkness with Vanessa on his back.

Hannah remembered that Daniel needed her attention right now or he will die, so she directed Tori over to the pond laying Daniel down next to it.

"Hannah, if you need anything at all please just ask Thad. He will get you anything you need, while I go get clothes for y'all," Tori told Hannah as she ran into the forest as figure comes out of the bushes.

Hannah ignores the figure for now trying to get Daniel into a more stable condition and less life threaten situation. Hannah places her hand in the sparkling water slowly pulling them out, while allowing a bubble to form around both of her hands. As she turns around to place her blue sparkling glowing hands over Daniel's wound, out of the shadows come a boy with bluish gray wolf ears and tail walking toward Hannah cautiously. He watches Hannah stop the bleeding with the water as the wound starts to slowly heal as she says, "So, your Thad right?"

The boy caught off guard looked her with light gray eyes says, "Uh? Oh! Yea that's my name."

"You need to pay attention to what you're doing instead of staring wide eyed at me healing Daniel," replied Hannah trying not to think about all the horrible possibilities that could happen to them.

"Don't worry. People rarely come into this part of the forest."

"How come," Hannah asks watching in awe as the water quickly seals up the wound while Daniel slowly wakes up.

"Because different tribes of wolves like me and Tori live out here and some of them kill people, who try to hunt them."

"Well, that makes sense."

"Yea, but you and Daniel don't have to worry about that. Y'all very well known people and very well respected throughout the land along with many worlds as well."

Hannah didn't have any knowledge of this, but she is pretty sure Daniel didn't have any knowledge of this as well. She looks down taking her hands off the fully healed wound, staring at the beauty of the devilish boy with loving eyes brushing her hands through his hair as he slowly awakens. His crimson eyes slowly open trying to focus on the blurry image staring at him, "Hannah? Is that you or am I dreaming?"

"Well, I am pretty sure you aren't dreaming," Hannah staring at the crimson eyed boy.

Daniel attempts to sit up, while a sharp pain shoots up his side causing him to lie back down.

"You know its best you lay down for a while since you lost a huge amount of blood," Hannah said getting some water from the pond for Daniel to drink.

There was rustling coming from a nearby bush, about six feet away from them, and Hannah stopped what she was doing eyeing the bush waiting for something to pop out and attack them. Out of the bush came two small little wolves, one had white hair with raven black highlight and the other had dark gray hair with navy blue highlights walking toward them.

"Don't worry. We are harmless," said the two little wolves in unison.

"Who are y'all and what do you want," questioned Hannah staring at the little wolves.

"We are wolf twins, and Tori sent us to guide y'all back to our tribe when Daniel can walk," replied the she-wolf with emerald green eyes.

"My name is Andrea," the short messy gray hair with navy blue highlights replied with her wolf ears perked up listening to the noises the night made.

And my name is Jessica," said the girl with short messy white haired and raven black highlights.

"So, when are y'all are going to ready to," questioned Jessica poking Daniel's forehead.

"After, he drinks some water and regains his strength," replied the angel watching the twins jump all over Thad.

The twins nodded in approval, while Hannah had Thad prop up Daniel drinking the delicious water from the pond. After drinking the refreshing water, Daniel fell asleep in Hannah's lap for two hours. During those two hours the twins went out for a run in nice cool night breeze with Thad. About an hour later, Daniel woke up to Hannah's sleeping face looking down at him, and he smiled at the sight of her, "Hannah, wake up!"

"W-what is it," yawned Hannah sleepily rubbing her eyes.

"It's time to go isn't Daniel," asked the twins in unison.

"Yes," replied Daniel picking up Hannah as she fell back asleep in his warm and loving arms.

The twins and Thad lead them back to their tribe. They walked into the beautiful forest, everything lit up when they touched a tree or any type of plant. There were crystallized flowers glowing against the dark color of the tree bark. They passed by small group of wild cats peacefully playing with a butterfly. Loud, stomping came from behind them. They all turned around to see a pack of pure white horses run through the forest gracefully and freely. He noticed a beautiful rose resting against the dark bark of a tree full of sleeping birds as he set Hannah down to pick the flower and caught up with everyone getting close to the village.

"It's beautiful," commented Daniel walking through the forest.

"Luckily, it's only five minutes away from that pond," said Jessica

Daniel walked through a big group of trees, bringing him to this beautiful meadow with wolf people running all around. He carried Hannah until they reached Tori's house he was able to lay Hannah down in a bed and he eventually fell asleep rite beside her. Tori covered them up with a blanket made of fox fur letting them sleep until dawn. The twins and Thad came bursting into Tori's house out of breath frightened and a bit bruised. Tori saw the terror on their faces, "What happened?"

"The witches know where Daniel and Hannah are and they are going to take Hannah away from Daniel again," replied Thad out of breath staring at the cute couple sleeping on the floor.

Vanessa stormed the wolf's village on Quinn running up to Tori's house killing everyone who gets in her way. Vanessa got off Quinn allowing him to go on a rampage and destroying the village. Vanessa knocked on Tori's door, but no one opened it. Vanessa kicked the door open seeing Tori and the others in their wolf form protecting the sleeping couple. She looked at them with furious light purple eyes, "Now, don't try to beat me. I am sure Daniel and Hannah don't want y'all to get hurt."

The wolves looked at her bloodthirsty and Thad was the first one to charge at her. Vanessa summoned her sword from hell slicing his arm with his blood spilled all over Hannah as she slowly woke up. Hannah's eyes saw her friend dying right in front of her, but she couldn't move a single muscle, "No! Why can't I move?"

Out of the dark depths of the corner whitish blonde hair fell in front of her right eye walking over to Hannah placing one hand over her mouth to conceal her screams as Daniel lies there sleeping soundly. Tori looked at Daniel seeing sparkling dust on his face eyed Hunter and charged. Tori teeth clenched around Hunter's wrist not letting go trying to free Hannah. Hunter looked at this pathetic dog and raised her arm up throwing Tori up against the wall. Tori lie there unconscious forcefully transformed back into her human form. The twins stood up attacking Hunter head on, but only to just get thrown up against the wall bleeding from their heads. Thad stood back up severely injured attacking Hunter on her blindside, but Vanessa took her sword plunging it threw his left shoulder. Thad fell to the ground bleeding to death. Hunter knocked Hannah out taking her back to the castle in a space and time dimension with Vanessa following after her.

Daniel wakes up the next morning to a blood filled room noticing Hannah was gone. He runs over to Tori shaking her awake asking, "What happened?"

Tori hardly able to speak replies, "The dimensional witches stole Hannah and we tried to stop them, but nothing we did worked. They destroyed our village and Thad is almost dead."

Daniel unable to speak tries to find medical assistance in the village, and finds no one who can help. He hears a muffled voice coming from somewhere close; closing his eyes he listened for the voice and followed it. Daniel sees someone stuck under a roof rushing over lifting it off the poor helpless, old man; he notices a medical pack with the wolf. Daniel helps him up and asks, "Are you a doctor?"

"Yes, are there any survivors who need medical attention," asks the wise old man coughing.

"Yes, can you help them?"

"Yes."

Daniel led the old man to his injured friends. The old man saw the blood stained walls as well as the defeated bloody wolves. He first walked over to Tori cleaning the blood off putting bandages over her wounds to stop the bleeding. Before he moved on to the next person he looked at Tori and said, "That boy has tremendous powers with a big king and loving heart for a Devil."

Tori completely puzzled by what the old man said as he moved on to the twins cleaning their wounds. After, bandaging them up, he moved on to Thad bleeding from his side. The last thing he did was clean Thad's wound and stabilizes him for time being. The old man looks at Daniel and said, "You need to find someone who has the power to heal to help your friend."

"Ok," replied Daniel dropping down to his knees crying holding the rose crystallized in necklace up to his chest, he had made for Hannah.

"Daniel, don't get consumed by the darkness that lies in your heart; you know Hannah wouldn't like it. Also, don't forget that necklace you made was made for the one you love. Don't forget Hannah or you will be lost and you will destroy yourself," said the old man looking at the necklace he holds.

Daniel looked at the old man angry and frustrated by what he just said, "Don't you dare ever think I would forget about her. She is the only reason why I continue to live and care for living creatures."

Tori looked over at Daniel realizing something unbelievable by the words he spoke. To her he sounded just like Damien and she knows what's going to happen to him; he is going to forget about Hannah letting his heart be swallowed up by the darkness like Damien did. She saw every resemblance between him and Damien. The crimson red eyes, the spiky raven black hair and pale skin were everything the devil before him looked like. The Devil's Cry was very rare to witness, but one difference still remained between them. Daniel had something; Damian could have never had even if he tired. The Devil's Cry was not taken lightly, because no matter what it takes he accomplishes his goal even if it cost him his life. Tori saw the rose necklace realizing the biggest difference they had. Daniel had a loving heart with eyes only for Hannah and no one else. He bears the most horrible pain of all. The pain of having a loved one taken from him, while he was completely helpless; she noticed he had a pure, kind-hearted soul, but something was off about him. Tori watched Daniel as he stood up seeing the face of the devil and the words he spoke were unbelievable.

"I will get Hannah back and I will kill anyone who stands in my way," said the Devil through his tears of pain and sorrow clenching his necklace in his hand allowing his blood to flow down the dragon's dagger.
