I saw this earth angel

As she passed me on the ave

She caught me in a glance

Like she put me in a trance

I might have had a chance

So I stepped in her path

Then I asked:

Did you know?

We immortal but devils don't want us to know

We rule our hearts, but desire is hard to let go
