Memories fill my mind

That time seems so long ago

We swore we'd always remember

Funny how you seem to have forgotten

Do you never think of:

All of those time that we laughed?

All of the misadventures we had?

How we were always there for each other?

Every time we said, "Best friends forever?"

Maybe you've forgotten

Maybe you don't care

But these thoughts often cross my mind

And sometimes I wish it was the same
