Getting Rid Of Extra Baggage

You're insecure and I'm tired of it,
Of hearing you ramble and talk about shit,
I know I should be there just like a good friend,
But I've put on a face and I can't pretend,
That I honestly care and I think what I'm saying,
Half of the time I don't know I'm conveying,
Words of encouragement or making mistakes,
But I'm done with this road, I'm pulling the breaks
Because what you want is fixed reassuring,
But you should delve deep and do some maturing,
I'm not gonna be there the next time you stumble,
Maybe I'll laugh as I watch you crumble,
I've been your crutch for too many years,
You're giving me back pain, I've now plugged my ears,
Started listening to me and what I thinks' best,
And it's squashing you now, just like a pest.
