Super Mario Bros: Danny's Incredible Adventure!

Chapter 1

Everyone in there lives has an addiction and for seventeen year old Danny Miller the Mario video games was his. When he was but a small lad he stumbled upon the very first Mario game and from then on he had been collecting various items such as replica mushrooms and posters of the new Mario game New Super Mario Bros. Wii and a whole assortment of goodies from different stores. Danny did like to go out and play sports with his friends Jake and Lacy that's how he stayed in shape but once he got home he would run up to his room and play which ever Mario game he could before his playtime ended. What he didn't know was that he was about to enter a world of extraordinary imagination and in fact it's the same world that he loves that could lead to his doom.

The day had come the new Mario game New Super Mario Bros. Wii had just come out and he was waiting in line to get himself a copy. He was lucky to have gotten there so early, he had no idea there were so many Mario fans in his town of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He waited in line for about thirty minutes before it was finally his turn to buy his own copy. The guy at the check out was Danny's uncle David who was also a Mario fan but there's one thing he had that Danny did not have and that was the custom made Mario hat on his head, it didn't have a "M" on it for Mario or a "L" on it for Luigi and it was not red or green it was black with a big bold " D" inscribed in the center.

"Hey oh Danny what's you up for?" he asked.

"You know what I'm here for."

He pulled out a copy of the new game and placed it on the counter.

"This is a very special copy no one else has one quite like this."

He then took off his hat and placed it on his head.

"Here this will help you enhance the gaming experience."

Danny took off the hat that he had placed on his head and looked at it.

"No, I couldn't take this, this is yours."

"Nah keep it I got two more back at my house just take good care of it I've had so many great adventures with that hat and I would hate to see it get trashed."

Danny placed it on his head, surprised that it fit him perfectly.

"Don't worry I'll take good care of it there won't be a scratch on it when you see it next time."

He started to walk away but David stopped him.

"The money." he said sticking out his hand.

He didn't even notice it was in his hand so he walked back over to him and handed him the fifty dollar bill.

"Have fun!" he yelled as he saw Danny run down the street.

Danny's parents were hardly ever home and when they were they were always busy with work or paying more attention to his new baby sister who had been born a few months ago. He didn't care when he swung the door open to his house he shut it as quickly as possible and ran upstairs to his room. He threw his backpack onto his bed and quickly turned on his flat screen T.V and his Wii. He was so excited after months of waiting he could finally play it. Once his Wii screen was on he placed the disc in and waited for it to load and when it finally did he felt at peace.

After a while he got hungry and decided to go down stairs to grab a bite to eat. He had gotten through worlds one and two in the game and he was anxious to get through the rest. After grabbing a sandwich and a Coke he ran back upstairs to his room but when he approached the door he heard a weird noise coming from the other side, it sounded like a whirling kind of sound. He kicked his door open and what he saw both shocked and stunned him, his T.V was glowing and had a strange kind of rainbow aura around it. He walked over to it and looked at it seeing the screen was completely lit up, As he stared at it he through he saw something then from the screen came a small white gloved hand. It grabbed him around his collar and pulled him right into the T.V and when his whole body had entered the screen went back.
