Being friends with her is like being friends with the shifting weather

I love the days when her smile is like the shining sun

I hate the days when her mood shifts like an oncoming storm

At times her anger is as fierce as a raging tornado

Words that slash like lightening

Voice that roars like thunder

At these times I race for shelter

Letting her temper fade like a soft rainfall after the destruction

I surface after the storm she will still be there like a gently breeze

And once again our friendship sours

Some days will be sunny and clear

Some days will be dark and cloudy

But I know she will be there like a rainbow comes after the storm
