So beautiful, lying there, nigh time air coating, thick, dark mist making it almost impossible to see. He has a light though, one of those old ones in a lantern. It sits beside her so he can watch her face. So very beautiful, lying in peace. This is their third meeting. They "talk" in hushed tones, it's nice. No-one to judge, deceive or make fun of him like before.
The other memories burn, rotting away inside. But all of those are forgotten with her, soothing away the troubles and hate fullness. So pretty and delicate even now. Fingers reach out to touch ice cold skin; she doesn't flinch or move away, she welcomes it. Comfort. She's complete; perfect not a mark or a blemish anywhere. Always, always perfect. He entwines his fingers in hers, their cold and empty, she's too fragile to hold back. He doesn't mind though, she's here with him; she never runs away, she would never abandon him. Love? Is it love? Yes, yes a million times. He tells her, over and over.
I Love you. There's no reply, but it doesn't matter, still she stays. Fingers locked. Forever?
You're cold, so cold. He touches her arms, like ice.
Don't worry baby, don't worry. I can fix that, I can. He hugs her to him, Desperateness. To warm her, the cold floods through him, so strong it makes him shiver. But no she needs to be warm, Make her better.
I have to go soon honey. She hangs limply in his arms her head resting against his shoulder. Love?
Aw, baby I'm sorry. I don't wanna leave you either. I promise I'll be back. She lays, head now on his lap. Obsession.
I know, I know. But please believe me. I could never leave you. He kisses her lips, so softy in case she might break. She doesn't, she lays there welcoming his embrace. So Beautiful.
I Promise baby, I promise. Tomorrow, tomorrow. He lifts her carefully, so carefully to back where she must stay. Alone. No never alone, not anymore. He kisses her goodbye one last time; He can feel it, the emptiness coming back the hate. Why can't it go?
Please make it go baby, please. There's only silence, but it's enough. He touches her face, So unspoilt.
I love you honey, I really do. The hate is fading away again now, only her, all over. He's covered in her. Beautiful. He leaves now, for another day. Tomorrow. Tomorrow he can come back, to be with her. Only she can make it better.
My one and only. Love.
