Is wandering just something to do?

Is it for deeds not finished in life?
Or for the sins you can't take back?
Can you feel the tears leaving their watery track?
Wandering Soul, why can't you rest?
Is it due to some higher power?
Or is from your own choice and influence?
Why must you wander until ages and ages hence?
