Upfront and aloof,

Totally beyond reach,

Sat a dark haired boy,

With a wicked smile indeed.

Right behind and surrounded,

Totally besotted sat a bespectacled mess,

Something in her head to confess.

He was unaware,

How her head was calculating,

Every move he made,

Every word he said.

A mystery to unravel,

He was most definitely a challenge.

She was amused,

Her head made no sense,

Yet she did nothing,

She never stopped looking,

And most definitely,

Never stopped wondering.
