A Requiem for Christ
The beginning is the end
is the beginning. Everything
is coming undone and falling
apart just like mankind's broken
heart. Faith is in absence, grace
is gone and mercy is done with
hope. Alone, mankind is receiving
none of God's blessings causing
the pews in every church to be
empty. Love is a scream of anguish
beckoning serenity to leave its presence
erasing any trace of innocence.
