Drew comes downstairs into the kitchen.

''Morning Mom Morning Dad.'' Drew says

''Morning Hunnie.'' Lauren says

''Good Morning Son '' Peter says

Drew goes over to the coffee maker and pours himself a cup.

''how'd ya sleep babe?'' Lauren asks him

''oh good.'' Drew tells her

''that's good.'' Lauren says

''oh yea I guess.'' Drew says and sits down at the table

Lauren looks at him sympathically ''what's wrong hunnie?'' Lauren asks him coming over to sit down with him

''nothing it's just that I'm behind on all my school and homework and stuff and I just really need a day to stay home and catch up on it all.'' Drew tells her

''what?!'' Lauren questions him kind of madly

''why did you tell me that hunnie?!'' Lauren questions him kind of madly

Drew sighs

''so are you going to school today?'' Lauren asks him

''I don't know.'' Drew tells her

''so does this mean no game tonight which your dad is looking forward to coaching tonight?'' Lauren asks him

''I don't know if I mean if I don't go to school today then they won't let me play in the game tonight which I want to do.'' Drew tells her

''okay so you're going then?'' Lauren asks him

'yea I guess I am.'' Drew tells her

''good.'' Lauren says

Lindsey comes down.

''hey good morning baby how are you feeling?'' Lauren asks her

Lindsey sits at the table and puts her head down on her arms and groans.

''I know baby.'' Lauren says

''Morning babe.'' Drew says and rubs her back

Lindsey whines pushing his hand off her.

''go get ready for school please Drew.'' Lauren asks him

''kay.'' Drew says and gets up and goes upstairs

Lauren just looks awkwardly at her daughter and sips her coffee.

Lindsey groans

''oh you are such a drama queen!'' Lauren tells her

''just like her mother.'' Peter says

Lauren just scofts at him.
