what do you say we get into it?
and by this I mean very stoned

and I spend a lot of time waiting

and doing things wrong the first time.
but that does not mean that I cannot love.

and if I get there
and I still don't know what it means
then I will never know.
and if I never know
but I still have love
and heart. with eyes that
see clearly and hands
that are my own and feet
made hard for and from walking
and legs clearly tested.

then I will keep what mind I have
and what I have come to know
and do well with it.
and by that I mean
I will be happy.
