the darkness of the depth in your eyes confuse me,
how can they be so addicting to look into,
so dark that I feel like I'm jumping off a cliff not knowing how far down it is,
and those hoodies you wear are so lucky,
they get to cling to you all day,
while I watch from afar,
hoping one day I can wear one as I have my hands resting on you shoulders,
clasped to the back of your neck like I'm about to press our lips together,
as your hands would rest on the small of my back pulling me between your legs,
I'd be so close I could smell you,
wanting to kiss your strong jaw line that fits your face perfectly well,
and you height is incredibly high up in the clouds,
or so it seems every time I go to talk to you,
that my body could fit under your chin,
leaving behind an adorable amount of space for you to lean down,
resting your head into mine as we'd take pictures for the prom I'm imagining,
where we'd go and be as who we want to be together,
cracking up every time we look at each other,
wondering why we're in this scene,
and not lying on the couch watching football,
under the comfy blanket,
covering both of our hearts like a shield,
that only we have access to.

an: so distracted, can't work at all. have an essay do first thing tomorrow. ohh dear. at least i wrote something (this mainly... that counts though...right?).
