Remember, Remember,
The Fifth of November
Gunpowder, Treason and Plot
I see no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason
Should EVER be forgot.
Spoken words have ne'er been truer
As we watch the treason of our countries leaders
Consuming oil and beef at the expense of the people
Those whose beliefs they had sworn to uphold
But then they turn to the sheep, devouring en masse
The very people who had put their faith in them,
Like cows to the slaughterhouse of the mind.
Revolution is the cure for the mundane ailment
Begun at the open door of the Temple where
Even Politics cannot breach.
We have watched in silence
Biding our time
But now we must act
To launch the
Fresh Napalm of the mind,
a Synaesthetic spell
Cast over the masses to free them from their captivity
Remember, Remember, the 5th of November, and Ne'er shall you fall.
