Once upon a time

Seems so long ago,

A distant memory

In time's steady flow.

But once it was just a time,

And nothing more,

With no stories to tell,

But that was before

The stories and tales

Of epic fights,

Between dragons and monsters,

And heros and knights.

Maybe we should forget once upon a time,

And focus on today,

For we have knights and dragons,

That aren't so far away.
