This is just a funny story I came up with ages ago!

Swimming Lessons!

"Mummy, I don't wanna go to swimming, I don't wanna walk anymore, I'm tired!" I complained. "Stop being such a baby!" Big Sissy growled. "Stop it, both of you!" Mum says. "Now, you must go to swimming because we can't risk you falling into a pool and drowning!" Mama is now droning on about how I might die and that would be bad and… "Plus, if you don't know how to swim, I'll just push you in and get rid of you!" Sissy said, laughing.

We arrived at the swim place and mum introduced me to my new teacher, Mrs Smoochy. "Max, this is Mrs Smoochy, your new swimming teacher," Mum had said. Anyone who tried to teach me to swim was EVIL! To get away, I said I needed go wee – wee, and escaped! "Maxy, Maxy, time for swimming. I know you're in here, so come out," Mrs Smoochy called. I came out. "I – I – I scawed," I said. Mum picked me up and walked me too the edge of the pool. I clung to my mum like glue.

"It's okay, Max, it's okay…" crooned Mrs Smoochy. Suddenly, I was in her arms and she was holding me just above the water and telling me to kick kick kick!

"I like swimming!" I told my mummy as she wrapped me in a towel. "That's good, because you're coming again tomorrow," Mum told me. "I hate you," Sissy grumbled. "You can't throw me in the po – ool, you can't throw me in the po – ool…" I teased her. "It's going to be a long trip home," Mum moaned.

Was that funny? Review if you think so or not!
