Ahem, sorry I didn't mention this before, but this is a prologue. Chapter one is actually the next one.

As I watched the mixed emotions on my brother's face, I smiled. Even in death, I have to bug you. Finally, he settled on overwhelmed joy, and attempted to hug me. He was startled as he passed through my body. I sighed and turned to him. "That won't work, Dylan. Even though I'm here, I'm still, you know…" I trailed off as I thought about my current condition. It's definitely a concept that will take some getting used to.

He smiled as I stared at him in silence. "God sent you back for good, right?" He looked so happy, seeing me, who he undoubtedly thought he'd never see again. I knelt down to him and looked him in the eyes. "I'm here as long as you are, midget."
