Those little pieces of paper left over when you pull off a sticker too quickly, and then scratch at what's left. You're just like them. You cling and ruin what you cling to. I might like you if you didn't like me so much.

Little white pieces
That stick
And hold onto you
As you try to pull them off
They cling more
And refuse to let go
You're a lot like them
What I refer to as
"mutilated sticker corpse"
No matter how I try
To dispose of you
,it doesn't matter in what way,
You latch on
And refuse to release
No matter how much
Of the main part
Of your attachment I remove
Enough remains
To annoy
And allow
The connection to reform
Nothing will get rid of it
So I guess I'm stuck with you
At least until I find some glue remover
