Nostalgia.
Why hast thou come again?
Why must you rapture the listless?
I have little to gain
From one such as you.
A specter,
Borne of past life
And trying to take present life for itself.
You have taken from me
Too many hours, and too many days.
I am watching you shadow my world
And wondering if you can be stopped.
I tap my fingers,
Biding my time,
But I realize I haven't much left
If I do not act.
