No More Suffering in Silence
You are like a stream in the summer
Running dry
You're like an ember in the ashes
Dying in the night
I am wondering
How you are still here
After running so long and far
From all you're fears.
Don't you know the more you cry and hide
The more you die inside?
It's time for you to make a confession
No more suffering in silence.
You can't feed on others pity forever,
Eventually you must come out and hunt.
It's time for you to reach out
I know you're scared but please, don't doubt
It's amazing that you are still here
After running all those years from all your fears.
Because the more you cry and the more you hide
The more you wither and die inside.
It is time for a confession
No more suffering in silence.
Don't you dare lie,
And don't you dare flee
I know you are nervous
But, it's important that you trust me
Take my hand and stand your ground
It's time for you to figure out
You don't need to cry and you don't need to hide
And life is pretty good when you aren't dead inside
What is your confession?
No more suffering in silence.
