I am not as complicated as that--
rather, I be just a simpleton:
a simpleton that hides its simple aspect
under a mask of complication.
I might say—the most astonishing things,
but behind all that, I yearn for care and love,
just like all humans do—I am merely that.
Do not think me as complicating.
I can move uniquely and strangely,
yet I can be normal like others.
Be it an attention seeker—I am,
but simpletons are never fun at all.
I hide simple under complication.
The kind of person I am—
would you kindly break my mask
that conceals who I truly am?
Oh, I shall wait, for the one
who would see through me,
the one who would put in effort.
The one who I will love with my life.
