YOU TAUGHT ME HOW
You taught me how to laugh
You taught me how to cry
You taught me to just live
And never let love die
You taught me all I know
You taught me to hold on
You taught me to let go
And to never be a pawn
You taught me to stand tall
You taught me how to fly
You taught me to catch all
And to never lie
You taught me to forgive and forget
You taught me never to run and hide
You taught me how to dance and get wet
And to always help and guide
You teach me something new everyday
You teach me all you possibly can
You teach me to laugh and play
And then you teach me again
