Waiting

Light filters

Through the trees

Small dots of light

Between the leaves

Shadows move

In the green below

Clouds drift by

Nowhere to go

.

Brown patches in green

Death still lingers

In a world of light

Life clutched in its fingers

Wet hair drips

A reflection in the glass

The orange glow dying

Minutes pass

.

Droplets of water

Waiting for something

To be erased, changed

Anywhere, anything

Night grows near

The soft dusk late

As for something unknown

I absently wait

Quite abstract there, I think. I tried to make it so different meanings could come of it. Hope you liked it, thanks for reading and reviews are more than welcome.
