Sun Shower
The first drops fall from the sky,
people race for cover
I smile as a lazy drop hits my nose,
what is so scary about rain?
Soon everything is wet,
a new sheen
The sun comes out, the rain falls
a sun shower!
I stop, a puddle at my feet
looking down, what do I see?
The rain is gone, I am wet,
ah well, it is a warm day
Look! Up there in the sky!
A rainbow, a promise
