Henning entered his new lab. All around him were the remains of the old lab. Hanging from the ceiling were the lasers that create vipers. That wonderful machine that started this whole mess. Robots, big and small, whizzed past him. He walked toward a giant grandfather clock.

"Sir, this is our newest creation. It's based off your old design, but with a few adjustments," An assistant said.

"Like?" Henning asked.

"Well, sir, this has the ability to travel to further places. The location map is further expanded. Also, we have a feature that needs testing. It's a complex system," The assistant responded.

"And what is this 'complex system'?" Henning asked.

"Ah-hem... right. Sir, this system allows for travel to different... 'universes', if you will," The assistant said.

"And that meeeans?" Henning asked, becoming impatient.

"It means you can travel to any world where any choice is made. Say, you can travel to a universe where Hitler won WW2. Or you can travel to a universe where you never invented the Clock Machine. It's incredibly complex," The assistant explained.

"Hm... interesting. And it needs testing? Why not test it now?" Henning said walking toward the door.
