I glanced in your
ink black eyes filled to the brim
with almost loneliness.
I assumed you were
a callous, remorseless person; too.
I'm not the type to speak in prose,
I tend to be imprudent-
but even after that,
like a peaceful serenade of winter,
it went by beautifully
and too short of time,
I fell in love with you
because you bare the power
of reminiscent-
for I remember that same loneliness
as I looked in the mirror,
averting my own eyes.
And I hope that
being alone would
invigorate you to be
a stronger warrior that fights.
Forgone the thinking
and deftly move on,
on the correct path you want.
