A gasp for breath echoed throughout the entire metallic room. His eyes were blackened, but still awake. A sound similar to a tornado was engulfing the room.

"He's up," said an anonymous voice.

He observed his surroundings. One black male and two females, one blonde and one red-head were staring at him. All three of them were wearing a white jacket with really long sleeves almost as if it was a straitjacket, except clothed their legs too. The suit also had a yellow mask inside-out in the chest area strapped by two white cords running along the side of the bodies. The room was shiny, silver, and cylindrical with nothing in it except four people, including him. Two very dim lights were at the side of the walls, completely symmetrical, along with a small vent that possibly could've been causing the noisy wind sound.

"Where am I?" he asked.

"Do you know why we're here?" asked the black male with a deep voice.

"What do you want from me?"

"Calm down, we were just asking," said the red-head. "None of us know why we're here. We just wanted to know if you knew. The man who has just woken up was looking at the red-head.

"Who are you?"

"That's something we also don't know," said the black male.

"How long have I been asleep?"

"Well, if we're talking about how long since the first person woke up, which would be me," said Red-Head. "Then I'd say around fifteen minutes. Just check the timer over there."

She pointed to the right of him and he looked in that direction. There was a timer that was going down and was currently at 38:10. Every second that passed the second set of numbers lowered, which meant they had 38 minutes and 8 seconds left.

"I'm guessing you don't know what that's for either," he said. They nodded his head at him.

"Any theories as to what the fuck is going on?"

"Well, we've had a lot of ideas that ran into our heads but all of them seem outrageous," said the Blonde, who seemed to have some sort of European accent, possibly Russian..

"A bomb, an insanity test, and a lot of other crap that just doesn't seem logical."

"Have you tried escaping?"

"There are no screws or anything that seem to be holding this thing together. And plus, we don't know what's out there," said the black male.

"What about that vent?"

What do you want us to do Spike? Shape shift? That things way too small for any of us to fit through," said the blonde. The man raised his eyebrow in confusion.

"What'd you call me?"

"Spike, I don't know your real name so I just call you by your hair."

Spike realized that no one knows what they really look like. The shiny metal is too blurry to make out an image of yourself and there are obviously no mirrors. Spike started touching his clothing.

"We checked our pockets already and there's nothing in there."

"What about food or water?" said Spike.

"There's nothing in here except us," said the black man. "And since there's no food in here, that means that whoever put us in here doesn't expect us to be in here for that long." There was a long, awkward pause of silence.

"…Or live for that long."
