Waiting for my Angel

I've been waiting for my angel

To come and visit me

I am alone on this Earth

Until she comes and visits me

She's standing up in heaven

Looking down at once was

Looking at the girl she loves

Her arms spread open

I want to go to her

But she is too high

I cannot reach her

Why can't I reach her?

She died when she was born

Now she is my guardian

Half of me is gone

I am half on this planet

Another piece of me lies above

In the sky, behind the clouds

Awaits my Angel

I am hoping for my Angel

To come and visit me
