Freak

"Look at her, she's such a freak."

Say what you want, why don't you.

See if I care for your words.

They reach my ears, but never sink in.

I'm a freak, you say?

What is it, pray tell, that makes me a freak?

I'm a freak for laughing, I'm a freak for crying.

Make up your minds!

Call me a freak if you want.

Those words stopped hurting me long ago.

To tell you the truth, I'd rather be a freak

Than to be somebody like you.

You laugh at me when I cry,

You laugh at me when I smile.

You think that even bothers me?

I never cared for the likes of you.

I'll admit it if you want:

Sure, I guess I'm a freak.

What are you going to do about it?

Weren't expecting that, were you?

Say, let's play a game.

It's called 'Freak.'

Here are the rules:

See how long it takes before I snap.

Keep forcing me closer and closer to the edge,

Where reality becomes insanity,

Where joy becomes pain,

Where life becomes death.

You win.

I've snapped.

I can't be fixed now, are you happy?

Are you happy that my self-destruction is all your fault?
