H alo walked down the street freaking out, something was wrong with her, ever since she'd met him her cheeks burned, her skin tingled whenever he touched her, her lips felt odd, she got a weird feeling in her stomach.

She had some disease...right?

I shoved my hands in my pocket as I entered Leights High, students milled around me and I rubbed my cold mitten clad hands together tiredly.

Some girls glared at me, but I ignored them as I walked to class and let my Mom's words sink in.

"He's not like your dad, Hun trust him I need some one to watch over you no one knows how much longer I might be around,"

I understood most of it, but her last words confused me to no end.

Classes breezed by, and I occasionally saw West, he had this look in his eye, I couldn't describe it...it was just coldness and hatred.

I shivered against the cold and the memory of his eyes.

I saw him walking out and I smiled as I ran up to him and jumped on his back.

She peered over my shoulder giggling, and I took in her red cheeks and dancing eyes and all the bull shit I was thinking about vanished and my lips quirked up in a awkward smile.

"Damn you way a ton," I mentally punched myself, if you ever call a chick fat or anything involving weight over 110 they will fucking hate you.

She laughed and her arms squeezed my chest.

"Having a bad week," She asked sobering up immediately.

West chuckled softly at my deformed snowman and I sulked.

"I'm from California, it doesn't snow there," I said with a playful glare.

"Practice with sand," He said as he showed of his perfect snowman.

"Good job Michel Angelo," I said throwing a snowball at him.

He dodged it and smiled darkly," Are you declaring war,"

"Pssht...HELL YEA,"

He picked me up with ease, and then he slid into a snowbank.

He laughed at my expression and I narrowed my eyes and tackled him.

I stared down at him, stunned I hadn't ment to land like that.

West's warm breath made little puff clouds in the air, and for some odd reason we ended up kissing.

I remember closing my eyes and both of us winding our fingers through each others hair.

I paced my room, contemplating the solution I'd come too.

I'd fallen out out of like and into love with West Kallen and I honestly didn't know what to do.

The stupid deal was over in 4 days, I sank onto the bed and felt tears prick my eyes and that soon shifted into balling.

After a while I wiped my tears and found myself lying with my head in my hands.

I needed to find out why West was black mailing me, what interest did I hold to him.

I watched the sun come up, and I walked to school a bit sadly.

West acted normal, he didn't say anything and finally the end of the day rolled around and I met him outside.

He was standing with Jay, who quickly began to tease us.

"Ah look she's gt it so bad for you," He said laughing playfully.

I blushed and West rolled his eyes.

"Real fucking funny Jay,"

Jay rolled his eyes and walked off to were ever Jay's like him go.

West looked at me and I looked away blushing, I briefly saw a unreadable look enter his eyes.
