The Keller Chronicles 1- The Beginning

Detective Philip Keller was sitting in a bar with his friends after a long day of work. His friends were like him cops. It was what they'd all dreamed of being and five years ago their dream became a reality. Philip had short black hair and was about 6'2.

"Hey guys, I've got some news. I'm gonna ask Angie to marry me tonight when I get home", announced Philip. Angie Simpson was Philip's girlfriend; they had been dating for three years.

"That's great buddy", said Brad Jackson. Of all his friends Philip had known Brad the longest since they were four. Brad had long blond hair with tanned skin which made him look like a surfer and was just shorter than Philip at 6'1.

"Awesome dude", said one of Philip's other friends Anthony Caroni. Anthony was an Albino, pale white short hair with pink eyes that looked red in the light they were in. Anthony was part Italian.

"Ah, Phil welcome to the club", said Philip's last friend Marc Lapel. Marc was French and the only one of their gang that was married. Marc had two kids a boy and a girl.

Suddenly the door flew open and Philip's and the rest of the guys boss Chief Inspector Richard Montgomery ran in. He face was red because he had been in a hurry.

"Hey boss", said Brad beckoning him over.

"What's wrong?" asked Philip.

"I need to speak to Philip", said Richard.

"Why?" asked Marc and Anthony at the same time.

"It's urgent", said Richard.

"Can we speak privately" asked Richard.

"Ooh boss has a crush on you Phil" teased Anthony.

"Yeah you should hope Angie doesn't get jealous", said Brad high fiving Marc.

"Jackson, Lapel, Caroni, you better hope that I don't decide to fire you here and now", said Richard angrily.

"Sorry about them boss, they like to mess with people", said Philip.

It was common knowledge that Richard Montgomery was gay so Philip wasn't surprised that he got angry about that joke.

"Philip, its bad news I'm afraid", said Richard.

"It's Angie, she's been kidnapped", continued Richard.
